Executive Clarity Session is a format where you restore clarity and maturity of decision-making in writing, without noise, without impulse, without unnecessary people and unnecessary words.
This is not motivation and not a set of recommendations.
This is intellectual work with the architectonics of thinking: we identify the core of the situation, separate noise, build the logic of options, formulate your position, and bring it to a form you can act on.
What you receive
You receive written strategic clarity on one managerial request, in a form you can act on:
• a clear picture of the situation, what is actually happening, not how it feels under emotional or external pressure;
• a clear logic of choice, which options are real, which are illusory, and which decision is optimal and mature rather than reactive;
• your position in a ready form, wording, boundaries, and line of behavior: what to say, what not to say, how to maintain the role of a leader;
• the next step and structure of actions, a sequence of decisions and actions: what to fix, what to initiate, where to set boundaries;
• an inner center of decision-making, a restored axis from which you can act after the session.
This is not support and not a set of advice.
This is intellectual work with the source of your decisions, your thinking and your position as a leader.
How the work proceeds (in writing)
1. You describe the situation and formulate one main request.
2. Maison Duval asks clarifying questions to reach the core.
3. Within one session, up to 3–4 rounds of written exchange are possible (your response → Maison Duval clarification → your response, etc.), strictly within one request so that the work remains precise and structured.
4. At the end, you receive a written consolidation: position, wording, step, and boundaries.
Online (Zoom) or in-person meetings are available if necessary and are discussed separately.
Pricing
• 1 written strategic session — €510 (one request + up to 3–4 rounds of correspondence)
• Package of 3 written sessions — €1250
If you choose the package, indicate this in the form during checkout, Maison Duval will send a link for package confirmation and the additional payment to the full amount (€740).
The package is suitable if you need:
• to work through three different requests over a period;
or
• to move through one evolving task across three stages (for example: negotiations, restructuring management, preparation for a sale decision or launch of a new direction). The logic of these three sessions is defined at the beginning.
